Key Responsibilities Perform troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Complete preventive maintenance and respond to equipment downtime Diagnose issues with motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and related components Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects Maintain accurate work orders and follow all safety and LOTO procedures Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve reliability Qualifications Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience required Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic PLC familiarity preferred Ability to work independently and in a team environment Comfortable in a fast‑paced production setting Reliable, safety‑focused, and detail‑oriented
