In this position, you'll work hands-on in the field installing, servicing, and repairing a variety of interior and exterior signage. We're looking for someone who is detail-focused, mechanically minded, and dedicated to maintaining safe work practices on every job site. Compensation:

$25 - $35 hourly +

OT Responsibilities:

Ensure the truck has all the equipment and fencing materials for the day of work, and the load is secure Configure wood, vinyl, chain link, and electric fences Set fence posts, rails, and lines Assess and maintain existing fences, and remove old fencing as required Remove debris from worksite upon completion Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively to install a wide range of interior and exterior signage, including, but not limited to, channel letters, post and panel signs, pole signs, monument signs, vinyl graphics, and more! Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges in the field. Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring quality workmanship and efficient project execution. Professional and customer-focused, with the ability to communicate effectively on job sites and represent Converge in a positive, respectful manner.

Qualifications:

Must have 1-year experience in construction, fencing, and carpentry is required Must be physically fit and have great hand dexterity A high school diploma or GED is preferred Valid driver's license required Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer satisfaction skills Valid driver's license. Experience installing both interior and exterior signage. Familiarity with low-voltage electrical systems. Skilled in using hand tools and power equipment. Strong awareness of safety practices and protocols. Must be comfortable with heights. Bucket truck experience is a plus.
