Key Responsibilities:

Perform general property maintenance and repairs Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

Proven experience in carpentry, general maintenance, or related trades Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
