Signature Maintenance is the in-house maintenance and construction arm affiliated with Landmark Real Estate Management. It provides repairs, turnovers, on-call emergency service, and small construction projects for the residential and commercial properties Landmark manages in Whatcom County. Signature Maintenance is looking for a reliable, skilled Maintenance Technician to help keep our residential & commercial properties safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a supportive team. What You'll Do Perform routine maintenance and repairs across residential properties Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, painting, flooring, and carpentry issues Complete unit turns efficiently and with attention to detail Respond to maintenance requests and occasional emergency calls in a timely, professional manner Conduct property inspections and identify preventative maintenance needs Communicate clearly with the maintenance team, property managers, and residents Maintain accurate work orders and documentation Perform custodial duties in common areas Monitor building systems (fire, water, pumps, etc.) Coordinate with outside vendors when needed Participate in on-call rotation, as required What We're Looking For 1+ years of maintenance experience (property management or multi-family experience preferred) Strong general maintenance skills with the ability to work independently Experience with workorders & time tracking apps (Appfolio and Work Yard preferred) Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair Valid driver's license, insurance and a reliable vehicle Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a variety of indoor/outdoor environments Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor What We Offer $23.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance 401k with employer 4% match 10+ Paid Federal Holidays 112 hours PTO per year Stable, full-time employment with consistent work A team-oriented environment where your work is appreciated If you're a dependable maintenance professional who enjoys making a real difference every day, we'd love to hear from you.
