Maintenance Technician We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated Maintenance Technician to help keep our vehicles, equipment, and facilities operating safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on position for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys troubleshooting, and is willing to learn. Key Responsibilities Perform daily vehicle inspections, including lights, fluid levels, tire pressure, and general condition. Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil & filter changes and other preventative maintenance (ex. Brake Pads) Coordinate vehicle repairs, towing, and outside mechanic services when needed. Inspect and monitor production equipment, including blister machines, label machines, product sealers, air compressors, and related equipment. Perform routine building walkthroughs and identify issues such as water leaks, HVAC problems, and other maintenance needs. Maintain HVAC equipment, including filter changes and cleaning filters. Perform general plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and facility repairs. Perform landscaping, snow removal, and other exterior maintenance as needed. Additional duties as assigned Qualifications Valid driver's license General automotive and mechanical knowledge. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently or with a team Basic computer knowledge preferred Bilingual in Spanish preferred Ability to occasionally work early or late when vehicle or equipment repairs need to be completed outside of normal operating hours. Physical Requirements Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Comfortable climbing ladders and working in tight spaces Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
