We're looking for a skilled, dependable, and solutions-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our community safe, comfortable, and running at its best. If you enjoy troubleshooting, working with your hands, and seeing the results of your work every day, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Respond to resident service requests with professionalism and urgency. Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance issues . Turn vacant apartments into beautiful, move-in-ready homes through repairs, painting, cleaning, and installations. Keep community amenities, common areas, grounds, and building exteriors in excellent condition. Perform preventative maintenance and assist with property inspections. Maintain accurate work-order records and keep tools and work areas organized. Help respond to emergency maintenance needs and participate in an on-call rotation when required. Follow company safety standards, policies, and applicable building codes. What We're Looking For A hands-on problem solver who takes pride in quality work. Experience in apartment, facilities, construction, or building maintenance is a plus. Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to figure things out independently. Reliable, organized, and able to prioritize multiple requests. Friendly and professional with strong resident-service skills. Why Join Us? Kent, Federal Way, or Puyallup (let us know which location you're applying for)
Salary:
Competitive and based on experience, certifications, and property needs. This position may require evenings, weekends, holidays, and participation in an on-call rotation. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stair climbing, and ladder use.
Pay:
$26.00 - $29.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
