Job Description

Village Green Senior Living Federal Way
  • This is a Sunday-Thursday position
  • Maintenance Support Staff - Full time Village Green Retirement Campus, Federal Way's premier senior living community is seeking a skilled individual to join or facilities maintenance team for our 20-acre campus.
The preferred candidate will have experience in senior housing/long-term care, property management maintenance experience, mechanical skills or construction background. The maintenance support staff works under the direction of a seasoned Maintenance Supervisor. Responsibilities include but are not limited to addressing work orders such plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general carpentry, drywall repair and painting needs. Maintenance staff works collaboratively to maintain the physical structures and residences on campus, respond to resident needs and requests in a timely manner, monitors equipment and performs routine, maintains records and log required by state regulatory agencies and preventative maintenance throughout the campus. Candidates must:
  • Recognize the importance of good customer services, clear communication and good time management.
  • Be physically capable of safely performing tasks such as lifting, climbing, bending, stooping, walking.
  • Be willing to be on a 24/hour call rotation with other members of maintenance team and be willing to work evenings and holidays when emergent needs arise.
  • Posses a valid Washington State Drivers license and clean driving record.
  • Be willing to submit to a full background check and drug screen.

$24.00 - $26.00 per hour
