We're seeking a skilled and dependable Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents. What You'll Do Maintain the building's appearance, both inside and outside Remove trash and debris from exterior grounds, including streets, stairwells, chutes, and other areas. Perform property inspections and report any deficiencies outside your assigned scope Respond to resident service requests with professionalism and care Collaborate with the property team to ensure high-quality living standards This position is responsible for the on-call emergency phone What You Bring 2+ year of experience in a maintenance technician 2+ years of strong customer service experience Valid driver's license and reliable transportation strongly preferred Ability to lift/push/pull up to 75 lbs Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Compensation & Perks Hourly Pay:

$30.00-$31.50/hr

Shift:

Monday-Friday 8AM-5

PM Bonuses:

Annual bonus + potential to earn NOI bonuses
