Job Description

Materials Grader Quality Control and Door Skin Repair

  • 12:30am Lynden Door
  • 2077 Main Street, Lynden, WA 98264 Are you someone who takes pride in precision and has an eye for quality? Lynden Door is looking for a Materials
  • Grader to be a key part of our team, inspecting, repairing and preparing door skins that meet the highest standards.
If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with your hands—this could be the perfect fit!
Responsibilities:
Inspect and grade materials based on company standards Identify and label applicable skin profiles Repair door skins using the appropriate tools and techniques Palletize and label inspected materials according to specifications Communicate material quality issues with the Purchasing team Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow all safety policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Reliable and detail-oriented. Pursues work rather than waiting for assignments, initiates actively with available work and communicating with team. Team-minded, recognizing impacts of decisions and owning your verbal and non-verbal communication as a work product. Previous experience with tools is a plus. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
:
Wage:
$23.17 per hour starting (Base pay $21.42 Plus a shift premium of $1.75) Hours worked over 40 hours in a week are paid time and a half Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, Health Savings Accounts (HSA's) with employer contributions 401K (Available after 90 days) including profit-share after 1 calendar year of employment 8 Paid Holidays (eligible after 90 days) Paid Time Off (Accrues at 2.0 weeks per year starting your first day, eligible to use after 90 days)
