Job Description
Career Strategies is immediately hiring a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in the King/Pierce County area. If you met the below requirements, apply now to be considered! Apartment Maintenance Technician responsible for property maintenance: Curb appeal, service requests, apartment turnovers, preventative maintenance, and relations with associates, contractors, and team members. A minimum of 6 months maintenance technician experience. Experience with maintenance tools and equipment Repair maintenance Electrical Plumbing Appliance Repair Painting and Dry Wall Repair Seasonal maintenance Health and safety maintenance Install locks Access to personal hand tools + power drill Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented As a Maintenance Technician you will be working directly with the Maintenance Supervisor and the Property Manager.
