PM Janitors / Floor Care Techs

• W2 Position, All Equipment ProvidedJBM Facility Maintenance Technologies is hiring dependable janitorial team members for a 7 day per week evening (PM) service account in the Lynnwood, WA area.

This is a W2 employee position, not a contract gig. All equipment and supplies are provided. You just show up ready to work.

THE JOB

• Nightly (PM shift) janitorial service at commercial facilities in Lynnwood, WA
• 7 day per week operation. Shifts available every day, weekend availability is a plus
• General janitorial duties: trash removal, restroom cleaning and restocking, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and detail cleaning
• Hard floor care: operating a walk behind floor auto scrubber to clean and maintain hard surface floors
• Spot checking your work and reporting any building or supply issues to your supervisor

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• Walk behind floor auto scrubber experience is

REQUIRED.

You must be able to safely operate, fill, empty, and do basic daily care on a walk behind auto scrubber

• Prior janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience
• Reliability. Be on time, every shift. Our clients count on nightly service 7 days a week
• Reliable transportation to the job site in Lynnwood, WA
• A phone you can be reached on during your shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift
• Professional and trustworthy. You will have access to client facilities after hours
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with buffers, burnishers, extractors, or other floor care equipment
• Day porter or commercial account experience
• Weekend availability

SCHEDULE

• PM (evening) shifts, 7 days per week operation
• Full-time and part-time schedules available
