This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving mechanical and electrical issues, and helping keep production running safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing, production, and facility equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues. Respond to equipment breakdowns, identify root causes, and complete repairs to reduce downtime. Inspect, repair, and replace motors, bearings, belts, sensors, switches, pumps, conveyors, and related components. Read and interpret manuals, schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation to support accurate repairs. Document maintenance activities, parts usage, inspections, and work orders in a CMMS or maintenance tracking system.

Compensation and Benefits Pay range:

$28.00 to $38.00 per hour.
