Walla Walla, WA About Us Honex Site Services is a growing company providing temporary and construction fencing solutions throughout Washington, Idaho, Montana and Oregon. We pride ourselves on reliability, safety, and high-quality service to our clients in construction, events, and industrial sectors. Position Overview We are currently seeking on-call drivers and fence installers to join our field operations team. This role involves loading fencing materials at our yard, transporting them to job sites, and installing/removing fencing systems. Candidates must be physically fit, safety-conscious, and comfortable driving trucks with trailers. Key Responsibilities Load and unload trucks with fencing panels, bases, and tools using proper lifting techniques or equipment Drive company vehicles (up to 26,000 lbs GVWR) to and from job sites Install and remove temporary fencing in accordance with site layouts and safety standards Use basic hand and power tools, including post pounders and impact drivers Track time worked and materials used; report data to the office team Maintain clean and organized job sites and vehicles Follow all safety protocols, including proper PPE use Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and clients Supervise day laborers or assist other crew members as needed Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to safely drive medium-duty trucks (non-CDL, under 26,000 lbs) Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in all weather Experience in construction or fence installation preferred but not required Willingness to be flexible with on-call scheduling Must be dependable and punctual

Compensation Hourly Rate :

$25.00 per hour Prevailing Wage may apply depending on the project and location

Sick Leave :

Provided in accordance with state law Additional Info This is an at-will position , and hours may vary based on project needs. Work schedule is determined by job availability and company workload. Training is provided.
