Westport RV Park & Motel is seeking a friendly, hardworking Workamper couple to join our team in Westport, Washington!

We are currently hiring for:

1 Guest Services Team Member 1 Maintenance Team Member This is a great opportunity for a couple looking to live and work while becoming part of a welcoming RV park community. Guest Services Position We're looking for someone who is guest-focused, organized, and enjoys hospitality.

Responsibilities Include:

Guest check-in/check-out Booking reservations for short and long-term stays Answering phones and assisting guests Ensuring guest payments are completed Park compliance and guest support Incident response and documentation Coordination with corporate office and maintenance team Cleaning facilities and common areas Providing concierge-style customer service

Preferred Qualifications:

Customer service or hospitality experience Reservation system experience Property management experience Strong communication skills Social media experience is a plus Maintenance Position We're looking for someone dependable, hands-on, and experienced in general maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities Include:

General RV park maintenance and repairs Completing work orders Equipment and tool maintenance Communicating with office staff, vendors, and teammates Supporting upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment Managing multiple projects and timelines

Preferred Skills:

Electrical, plumbing, and construction knowledge Drywall, flooring, painting, windows, and doors Inventory management Problem-solving and leadership skills Strong communication skills Willingness to travel between locations if needed All applicants are subject to a background check upon hiring.
