Typical responsibilities include:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout commercial properties Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, doors, and building systems Complete preventative maintenance assignments to support safe and efficient operations Respond to tenant service requests in a timely and professional manner Assist with equipment installation, replacement, and system upgrades Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance concerns before they become larger issues Maintain life-safety systems and support building compliance requirements Document completed work through work order and property management systems Partner with vendors, contractors, and internal teams as needed Support emergency maintenance situations and on-call coverage rotations What Makes You Successful We're looking for someone who: Enjoys solving maintenance and mechanical challenges Can effectively prioritize competing responsibilities Takes ownership of their work and follows through Communicates professionally with tenants, vendors, and teammates Works well independently while remaining a collaborative team member Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety and quality Preferred Qualifications Three or more years of experience in commercial maintenance, facilities management, manufacturing maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, or related trades Experience maintaining commercial buildings preferred Familiarity with work order systems and mobile technology Valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day About Inland Family of Companies Our team is guided by three core values: Warrior Spirit We pursue excellence with determination, initiative, and accountability.
