B & H Pattern, Inc. is looking for a skilled and hands-on Machinist/Pattern Maker to join our team in Appleton, WI. We specialize in high-precision tooling for the foundry industry—including patterns, core boxes, and permanent molds. This role is in our metal shop and is ideal for someone with basic machinist skills, rigging experience, and an eye for quality craftsmanship.

Position:

Pattern Maker Shift:

1st or 2nd

Shift Schedule:

Monday-Friday (weekend work optional)

What You'll Do:

Build, assemble, and finish tooling for foundry customers Use basic machining equipment (mills, saws, drill presses, lathe, etc.) Rig, fit, and align components for complete mold assemblies Read and follow part drawings, CAD models, and verbal direction Work with CNC-machined components and occasionally assist with setup or adjustment Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and other team members
