Essential Functions The Facility Services Technician is responsible for a wide range of commercial maintenance.
Some of the duties include:
Carpentry maintenance such as but not limited to: Commercial framing Door installation Miscellaneous drywall repairs Interior and exterior painting and touchups Door hardware installation Filter maintenance Wood trim and vinyl base repairs Demolition of interior/exterior build-out when necessary. General maintenance Qualifications The Facility Services Technician will have skilled trade experience totaling at least 5-10 years. Ability to follow OSHA standards/requirements and local, state, and federal codes and ordinances pertinent to facilities. The right candidate must have a valid driver's license, be able to lift up to 50 lbs., be able to work at various heights and on ladders. The candidate should be familiar with reading blueprints and specs and have knowledge of mechanical systems, building materials, and emergency maintenance.
