In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our residential properties. Your expertise will help maintain a comfortable, efficient environment for residents at the properties. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills in a fast-paced setting that values quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Duties Complete daily maintenance work orders in a timely manner. Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and appliance repairs. Prepare vacant units for new residents (turnovers/make-readies). Perform preventative maintenance on buildings and equipment. Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance needs. Assist with emergency maintenance calls when necessary. Maintain clean and organized work areas. Communicate professionally with tenants, vendors, and office staff. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Preferred Qualifications HVAC Certification (preferred but not required). EPA Certification is a plus. Experience with apartment turnovers and occupied unit repairs.
