MPC Property Management is a proven leader in the industry, providing professional property management of residential and commercial investment properties, along with the management of community associations in Southeastern Wisconsin since 2008. We are seeking a an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform "handyman"-type repairs, such as replacement of faucets and garbage disposals, installation of blinds and window screens, replacement of light fixtures and ceiling fans, changing of furnace filters, re-seating of toilets. caulking of tubs, etc. MPC Property Management is located in Burlington, however this position would travel to the neighboring communities of Delavan, Lake Geneva, Kenosha and Racine. Candidate must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record. Candidate must be well-spoken with a neat appearance. Company vehicle and apparel will be provided.
