Hours:
6:00 P M to 6:30 A M on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment to ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently, including conveyor systems, hydraulic sorting equipment, motors, electrical systems, and facility equipment. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on facility machinery and equipment. Complete daily maintenance and repair documentation and logs. Perform all assigned duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in the industrial maintenance field, preferably within a food manufacturing environment. Advanced knowledge and skills in diagnosing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing high-speed manufacturing equipment. Experience working with AC/DC motors and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs). Ability to read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, schematics, operation manuals, and manufacturing specifications. Knowledge of piping systems and mechanical components. Basic arithmetic skills. Ability to operate drilling and milling machines to produce or retool mechanical parts. Effective oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with employees and leadership. Physical Requirements Manual dexterity required to operate machinery and power/hand tools. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including cold temperature conditions. Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
