ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility and production equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsComplete scheduled preventative maintenance activitiesRead and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and technical documentationRepair and maintain facility systems including mechanical, plumbing, and basic electrical equipmentAssist with equipment installations and machine setupUse CMMS software to document maintenance activities and order replacement partsSafely operate hand tools, power tools, hoists, and other maintenance equipmentMaintain accurate maintenance recordsFollow all company safety procedures and manufacturing best practicesAssist with training less experienced maintenance technicians as needed

QualificationsRequired:

High school diploma or GEDValid driver's license1-3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, automotive, mechanical, or HVAC environmentBasic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systemsAbility to read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manualsExperience using common hand and power toolsBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CMMS systemsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize maintenance requests

Preferred:

Industrial manufacturing maintenance experienceBasic HVAC knowledge
