Oakbrook Corporation is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team at Brenwood Park Senior Apartments , a beautiful senior living community in Franklin, Wisconsin. What You'll Be Doing Complete daily resident work orders promptly and professionally Perform repairs related to plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance Assist with apartment turnovers to prepare homes for new residents Conduct preventative maintenance and routine property inspections Maintain common areas, grounds, and building systems Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors when needed Identify and report safety concerns or maintenance issues Assist with seasonal property responsibilities, including snow removal and landscaping support Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and team members Support Oakbrook's commitment to maintaining high-quality communities What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and takes pride in quality workmanship. You enjoy troubleshooting issues, working independently, and interacting with residents in a respectful and professional manner.
