Job Description

Job Summary:
​The Maintenance is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment and building systems to support safe and efficient operations. This position performs preventive maintenance, responds to maintenance requests, conducts routine equipment inspections, and works closely with warehouse and production teams to minimize downtime. ​
Duties and Responsibilities:
​​Tour facility at start of shift to look for maintenance issues ​Communicate with warehouse and production staff regarding maintenance concerns ​Respond to any maintenance requests ​Maintain a PM schedule for all critical equipment ​Manage contracts for snow removal, landscaping, and non-lab equipment ​Establish a schedule for maintenance review meetings with leadership ​Assist with larger plan improvement projects as they arise ​Assure all equipment is properly shut off at the end of the day​
Required Skills and Abilities:
​​Ability to think strategically ​Strong mechanical and automation-centered maintenance skillset ​Experience with LP gas or other flammables preferred ​Boiler system and compressed air maintenance experience preferred ​Knowledge of filling equipment​ 1st shift 7:00•3:00 AM Monday•
Friday Education and Experience:
High school Diploma/GED #
INDMFG Pay:
$28.00•$42.00 per hour
