The Solomon Organization has an opening for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join the team at several apartment complex in the Hales Corner area and surround areas. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of six months previous experience in a related field of maintenance. EPA Type I and/or II certifications preferred.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Assists with the diagnosing and repair of resident service requests Handles "on call" and snow removal duties on an as-needed basis Assists with apartment make-readies Assists in maintaining curb appeal Other duties as assigned by supervisor Must own some basic tools for use on the job Must have own transportation to move around the community

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work full time 40 hours per week Rotating On-call 2-3 years actual hands on experience Ability to assess problems and solve them with a strong sense of urgency A high school diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business disciplines HVAC certification Preferred
