•50/hour Bee's Knees Speech Therapy is growing, and we're looking for an Occupational Therapist who's excited to bring creativity, curiosity, and compassion into every session. Our clinic is rooted in neurodiversity-affirming, play-based practices that celebrate each child's unique strengths and ways of engaging with the world. We're not looking for perfection, we're looking for presence. Someone who's eager to learn, collaborate, and grow alongside a small but mighty team that values connection over compliance and joy over checklists.
•This position will be part-time in clinic with more hours available through a school contract. We are looking to fill immediately for the school contract and maternity leave coverage at the clinic starting in December
• What you'll do: Support meaningful, play-based OT sessions for children of all abilities Collaborate with other Occupational Therapists (OTs) and COTA's to plan and carry out treatment activities Maintain appropriate communication and documentation related to insurance and treatment plan requirements Partner with SLPs, OTs, and families to create sensory-rich, engaging therapy experiences Contribute ideas and creativity to our ever-evolving therapy spaces and materials Approach each child with curiosity, respect, and flexibility
Requirements:
Master's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program Active Wisconsin OT license (DSPS) Understanding of insurance requirements and documentation Experience or strong interest in pediatric, play-based therapy preferred We'd love to meet you if you: Are passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care Believe play is a child's most powerful tool for learning and connection Are open to ongoing learning and reflective practice Thrive in a supportive, collaborative clinic environment If this sounds like your kind of place, we'd love to connect!
