Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency. Repair, modify, and maintain mechanical systems and production machinery. Utilize precision measuring instruments and work with tolerances as close as .0010 inches . Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and equipment adjustments. Partner with management and production teams to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance. Perform and document quality checks and operational measurements. Required Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to pass a mechanical skills assessment. Experience maintaining, repairing, or operating industrial equipment. Commitment to safety and quality standards. Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, maintenance, industrial mechanics, or equipment repair. Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices.
