Job Description

Workhorse Dock and Marine is a growing, family-owned marine service company dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We install and remove docks and boat lifts, winterize and maintain boats, provide shrink-wrapping services, and keep our community moving through snow removal during the winter months. We take pride in doing quality work, treating customers with respect, and working together as a team. Job Description We're looking for a motivated, dependable individual who enjoys working outdoors and isn't afraid of physical work. Every day is different, and you'll gain experience in a variety of marine services throughout the year. Responsibilities Install and remove docks and boat lifts during the spring and fall seasons. Assist with boat shrink wrapping for winter storage. Perform oil changes and routine marine maintenance. Assist with boat winterization. Safely operate hand tools and power equipment. Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Operate snow plows and assist with snow removal during the winter months (training available). Qualifications Valid driver's license (required). Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Mechanically inclined; marine experience is a plus but not required. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions. Preferred Qualifications Experience towing trailers. Experience operating skid loaders or other equipment. Boating or marine service experience.
