Maintain and troubleshoot electromechanical equipment using hand tools, welding equipment, and measuring devices Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability Diagnose and resolve issues using blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Support continuous improvement initiatives across operations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep production running efficiently Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE Participate in ongoing training and skill development What You'll Need 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience OR technical degree in a related field OR journeyman's card (Less experience may be considered at a different level) Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and code books Strong understanding of electrical theory, controls, and codes Experience with line setups, inspections, and electrical testing equipment Solid math skills (fractions, percentages, measurements) Nice to Have Experience with PLCs and drives (Allen Bradley, Siemens) Knowledge of AC/DC motors, HVAC systems, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems Experience with welding/torch equipment and precision measuring tools Strong communication and teamwork skills Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn Physical Requirements Frequent standing and walking Occasional sitting, reaching, and forceful motion Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly Minimal climbing and occasional lifting over 100 lbs Ability to meet physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation Ready to Apply?
