Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide dedicated support and assistance to adults with disabilities. This vital role involves promoting independence and well-being. As a Caregiver, you will play a key part in enhancing the quality of life for those you serve through attentive care, engaging activities, and personalized support. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help create positive experiences that promote growth, comfort, and happiness. We will train you if you have no experience in this field. We are looking to fill 2 NOC shifts. (11pm-7am) including every other weekend 4 days one week and 3 days the next week. We are also looking to fill a second shift position 32-40 hours (3pm-11pm) including every other weekend. All jobs require you to work every other weekend. We do also have a hiring bonus up to $2,000.00 Duties Provide attentive care to adults with disabilities, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Assist with daily routines such as medication management, learning life skills. Support behavioral management strategies to encourage positive behavior and emotional regulation Maintain a clean and safe environment by following health and safety protocols including first aid procedures when necessary Prior experience is not required we will train Certification or training in first aid and CPR is advantageous but not mandatory. We do train.
