Job Description
Evergreen Manor in Necedah is looking for a Lead Staff. This location is a 15-bed Community Based Residential Facility. The job responsibilities include but are not limited to day-to-day helping the manager of the home, other staff and residents. Scheduling appointments, taking residents to the appointments. Shopping, cleaning schedules ect.. Once a month be on call and when or when the manager is on Vacation. Experience in the field is a pulse! However, we will train the right individual for the job. Base pay is $17-18 an hour. Benefits include 1st shift priority. You may be required to work every other weekend in the beginning or if short staffed. Cover shifts if there are call ins. Paid time off, employee paid supplemental insurance options including guaranteed approval life insurance, profit sharing and bonuses.
