Jack's Maintenance Service is seeking hardworking individuals to join our specialized Floor Care Project Crew in Neenah, WI. If you enjoy seeing the immediate results of your work and want to master the art of professional floor care, we want to hear from you.
The Role:
Floor Care Specialist You will be responsible for high-quality floor maintenance across a variety of environments, including corporate offices, schools, medical clinics, and industrial mills.
Key Responsibilities:
Professional Floor Maintenance:
Execute specialized soil removal techniques for various surfaces, including hard surface floors and carpets.
Equipment Operation:
Master the use of professional machinery such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and carpet extractors.
Technical Precision:
Learn and apply the correct usage and storage of cleaning chemicals tailored to specific flooring types.
Equipment Care:
Clean and organize vehicles and machinery daily, performing light repairs as needed to ensure production efficiency.
Site Organization:
Manage janitorial closets and job sites to maintain a neat, professional, and productive work environment. ShiftFlexibility This is a 2nd-shift position that requires a high degree of adaptability to meet the needs of our clients.
Flexible Scheduling:
Candidates must be flexible regarding start and end times, as well as the total length of the workday.
Dynamic Environment:
You will coordinate your schedule daily with your supervisor and must be able to recognize and deal with changing priorities as they arise.
