Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM-2:30 PM What You'll Do Perform preventive maintenance on CNC manufacturing equipment and plant machinery. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production equipment to minimize downtime. Install, maintain, and service manufacturing machines and facility equipment. Perform emergency repairs during production and scheduled maintenance during planned downtime. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders. Replace defective parts, test equipment, and make necessary adjustments. Complete general facility maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and other building repairs. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, electrical meters, and material handling equipment. Identify equipment concerns and communicate issues to supervisors. Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, while maintaining a clean and organized work area. What We're Looking For Previous industrial maintenance experience preferred. Facility maintenance experience is a plus. Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems through experience and/or formal education. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to read equipment manuals and technical documentation. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality. Reliable, self-motivated, and results-driven. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with teammates, vendors, and equipment suppliers. Why Apply?
