Job Description

A rapidly expanding metal fabrication company located in New Holstein, WI, is looking to hire a full-time, direct-hire CNC Machine Operator. While prior CNC background is ideal, we welcome applicants who possess general manufacturing machine operation experience, a mechanical aptitude, and a strong desire to develop new skills. Shift Details 3rd
Shift:
10:30 PM to 6:30 AM, running Sunday night through Friday morning. Please note that initial training might occur during the following times: 1st
Shift:
6:30 AM - 2:30 PM 2nd
Shift:
2:30 PM - 10:30
PM Compensation:
Commensurate with your professional experience. Core Duties Manage the operation of press brake and CNC laser machinery. Ensure the production of metal components meets all specified print requirements. Conduct routine quality checks to ensure standards are met. Utilize precision instruments such as tape measures, micrometers, and calipers to verify accuracy. Execute tasks in accordance with production guidelines and work orders. Help maintain accurate production records to ensure operational transparency. Keep your workstation tidy and orderly to support a safe and efficient environment. Requirements At least one year of prior machine operation is preferred. Direct experience with CNC equipment is highly desirable. Background in metal fabrication or sheet metal work is beneficial. Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and the ability to resolve technical issues. Possess fundamental computer and mathematical proficiency. Demonstrate the ability to effectively use various measurement tools. Experience interpreting blueprints is considered an asset. Maintain a high level of precision and focus on quality. Show consistent reliability with a proven track record of good attendance. Thrive while working in a high-speed production setting.
