IQ Resource Group is hiring MIG/TIG Welders in New Holstein, WI! Are you an experienced welder looking for a company that values quality craftsmanship and offers competitive pay? $22.00-$30.00/hour (Based on Experience)

2nd
Shift:
Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM-10:30 PM 3rd
Shift:
Sunday night-Friday morning | 10:30 PM-6:30 AM Training for 3rd shift will temporarily take place on 1st or 2nd shift before transitioning to 3rd. What You'll Do Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components. Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to determine weld specifications. Set up and operate welding equipment. Produce high-quality fabricated metal parts that meet quality standards. Inspect finished products using measuring tools and drawings. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Complete production and quality documentation accurately. What We're Looking For At least 1 year of current MIG and/or TIG welding experience preferred. Experience welding multiple materials, including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and weld specifications preferred. Welding certificate or technical college training is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented with strong communication skills. Proven commitment to workplace safety. Why Apply?
