Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems. Diagnose issues with motors, conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, pneumatics, hydraulics, and drives. Complete basic PLC and HMI troubleshooting. Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Maintain accurate maintenance records using a CMMS. Support continuous improvement initiatives while following GMP and Lockout/Tagout procedures. What We're Looking For 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience with conveyors, motors, bearings, gearboxes, pneumatics, hydraulics, and production equipment. Basic PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley preferred). Food manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
