Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of facilities by performing routine maintenance and repairs. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot various systems, ensuring that all equipment is functioning efficiently and safely. Duties Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs. Perform preventive maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise. Fabricate and maintain parts as necessary to ensure operational efficiency. Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter for electrical testing and diagnostics. Follow our monthly make ready calendar. Skills Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures. Painting, Carpentry, Tile, Cabinets, plumbing and electrical. Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and clients. Excellent customer service skills to address inquiries and concerns professionally. Solid mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in repairs and maintenance tasks.
