Required Skills/Abilities:

Observe and inspect equipment in operation to detect potential problems, damage, defects, or wear. Repair or maintain the operating condition of machines, cranes, and equipment. Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery, cranes, and equipment. Disassemble machinery, cranes, or equipment to remove parts and make repairs. Examine parts for defects, such as breakage or excessive wear. Install, replace, or change parts according to specifications. Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairs. Maintain repair or maintenance records. Repair and Maintain Electronic Equipment — Service, repair, calibrate, regulate, fine-tune, or test machines, devices, and equipment that operate primarily on electrical or electronic principles. Operate Vehicles, Mechanized Devices, or Equipment such as forklift, crane, or utility vehicle. Detailed Work Activities Ability to operate, maintain and repair overhead cranes. Ability to operate forklift and boom lift/manlift Knowledge of machines and building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
