Job Description
Position Responsibilities :
The Maintenance Worker is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and cleaning mechanical equipment, buildings, and grounds to ensure a safe, clean, and well-functioning facility. This position requires knowledge of basic safety practices, maintenance tools, and repair operations and work independently or as part of a team.Key Duties Include:
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of equipment, facilities, and grounds.
- Use basic hand and power tools safely for maintenance tasks.
- Paint, patch drywall, and complete basic carpentry repairs.
- Change HVAC air filters, clean and return air registers, and perform light HVAC maintenance.
- Conduct pool testing maintenance and repair.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems as assigned.
- Assist with snow removal, landscaping, and grounds upkeep.
- Maintain proper use and care of tools, supplies, and equipment.
- Complete assigned work orders in a timely manner while following safety guidelines.
- Report any hazards, safety issues, or unusual conditions immediately to a supervisor.
- Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and teamwork in all guest and staff interactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
