Open position on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, fixing things, and working with a team to solve problems. What You'll Do Your day will involve a mix of mechanical and electrical maintenance , including: Troubleshooting and repairing production equipment Working with motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics Diagnosing electrical issues, sensors, controls, and motors Performing preventive and predictive maintenance Using PLCs, VFDs, and automated equipment as needed Welding, fabrication, and basic machining for repairs Reading schematics, manuals, and mechanical drawings Responding to equipment breakdowns and helping minimize downtime Working closely with production and other maintenance team members What You'll Need Previous industrial maintenance or manufacturing experience Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings Comfortable using hand and power tools Welding/fabrication experience is a plus PLC, VFD, and automation experience is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and a safety-first mindset Why Consider This Opportunity?
