The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining manufacturing equipment, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and ensuring production equipment operates safely and efficiently. This position plays a critical role in minimizing downtime and supporting production goals.

11:00pm to 7:30am Key Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing and packaging equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Respond to equipment breakdowns and production downtime issues. Diagnose root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions. Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately. Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facility systems. Maintain compliance with safety, quality, GMP, and company standards. Collaborate with production and quality teams to maximize equipment efficiency. Assist with facility maintenance projects as needed. Maintain a clean and organized maintenance workspace. QualificationsRequired 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience. Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment in a production environment. Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and manuals. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience in cosmetics, beauty, personal care, food, pharmaceutical, or consumer packaged goods manufacturing. Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and automated production equipment. Electrical troubleshooting experience (120V-480V). Welding and fabrication experience. Experience working in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. Technical degree, maintenance certification, or related training. #nowhiring
