Job Description
Meridian Group, Inc. has a full time position open for a residential Maintenance Technician at Willowbrook Apartments in Ripon. Willowbrook offers 66 units of section 8 housing to seniors and people with a disability. The successful candidate's experience should include basic knowledge of all facets of residential maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and drywall. Must enjoy working with people, have a good attitude, and be timely and attentive. Must be able to provide your own transportation and basic hand tools. This position qualifies for our benefits program and competitive salary.
