P2 Property Management, a family owned, and operated company has an opening for a full-time maintenance technician in Ozaukee County. Maintenance Technician duties will include but not limited to:

• Performing multi-family building maintenance, minor renovations, appliance repairs, grounds work|/snow removal and all general tasks to maintain properties.
• Conduct inspections as required, per policy and participate in preventative maintenance.
• Alert management when work is outside of staff's capabilities. Coordinate with outside contractors when necessary.
• Clean work area, tools, and equipment. Care, maintain and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by P2 Development and Property Management.
• Clearly and effectively communicate as well as interact with residents and staff in a courteous manner.

Required Skills:

• Previous maintenance experience;
• Customer service oriented;
• Ability to prioritize projects;
• Work independently or as a team;
• Full
• time schedule, including required On Call hours;
• Basic knowledge of "smart" phones;
• Valid driver's license;
