Maintenance Technician

Full-time Pay:
$25- $35 per hour (based on experience) + bonus opportunities
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM- 4:00 PM 3-day weekends every week (Fridays off)
Location:
Sturgeon Bay, WI (commutable from Green Bay, Algoma, Luxemburg, Kewaunee, Manitowoc, and surrounding Northeast Wisconsin) 4-day work week. No weekends. 1st shift schedule. Join WireTech Fabricators as a Maintenance Technician in Sturgeon Bay. Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical controls, PLC troubleshooting, CNC equipment, or industrial machinery is highly valued. This is a full-time, first shift role with a consistent, predictable schedule and a clean, organized manufacturing environment. Easy commute from Green Bay and surrounding Northeast Wisconsin. What You Will Do Troubleshoot and repair production equipment Perform preventative maintenance to keep machines running efficiently Diagnose mechanical and basic electrical issues Maintain motors, gearboxes, and pneumatic systems Support CNC and automated production equipment Qualifications Experience in maintenance (manufacturing or industrial preferred) Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and/or electrical systems Experience working with production equipment is a plus Ability to commute to Sturgeon Bay, WI Why Work Here 4-day work week with 3-day weekends every week No on-call or unpredictable schedule Clean, organized shop with modern equipment Stable company with long-term opportunity Team that values skilled maintenance professionals to be considered — we are actively interviewing.
