Responsibilities Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all equipment to meet or exceed company standards Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and address equipment inefficiencies Troubleshoot complex issues with mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic systems Support machine changeovers with minimal downtime and coordinate plant equipment repairs Maintain accurate records for SAP parts management and work orders Qualifications Minimum High School Diploma or GED; Technical School certification preferred 3-5 years of relevant manufacturing experience in plastics technology or similar field Strong mechanical maintenance skills with knowledge of hand and power tools Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems Capable of working independently, prioritizing multiple projects, and working in fast-paced environments Skills Mechanical maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance Lockout/tag out procedures, pneumatic & hydraulic systems, electrical troubleshooting Changeover optimization, VENDORS & contractors coordination Operational improvements (downtime, line speed, spoilage) Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, safety policies Why choose Integrity Trade Services At Integrity Trade Services, we value our employees by offering a competitive weekly paycheck and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
