R eThink Home Service is a Green Bay home operations company. Homeowners contact us once and we handle the rest: the diagnosis, the written quote, the scheduling, the vetted pro, and the follow-up. We started taking jobs in 2026, we run every job through our own software, and our client list and contractor network are both growing. We're adding an on-call handyman so the small jobs our clients ask for most (repairs, gutters, seasonal punch lists) get done by our own person, to our standard, when the job comes up. We're building field capacity ahead of demand. We book by the job and pay a premium rate for reliability when we call. The role You'd be the first hands-on member of the ReThink team. We book you by the job: the office sends you a scoped, quoted, scheduled job; you accept it, show up, and do it right. Every job comes with a written scope and a quoted price before you arrive.

No selling, no chasing leads, no collecting payment. What you'll do

• Small residential repairs: doors and locks, drywall patches, caulking, trim, fixtures, shelving, TV mounts, minor carpentry
• Seasonal exterior work: gutter cleaning and downspout repair, power washing, light junk removal
• Photograph before and after; log time and materials in our job app (phone-based, about 5 minutes per job)
• Flag anything outside the written scope so the office can issue a change order before you continue
• Represent the brand: on time, tidy, clear with the homeowner Hours and pay
• Part-time and on-call. Most weeks 5 to 15 hours; some weeks none, busy weeks more. Hours grow with the pipeline. No guaranteed hours.
• $50 per hour, W-2, paid weekly. Every hour on the job is paid, with a 2-hour minimum per visit.
• You'll typically get a day or two's notice before a job. There's flexibility around the schedule — we work with your available windows, and you tell us a week ahead which weekday half-days you can take.
• What we ask in return: tell us your available windows a week ahead (at least three weekday half-days), answer a job offer within 4 business hours, and once you accept a job the time is firm. That reliability is what the rate pays for. What you bring
• 5+ years of hands-on residential repair experience, professional or serious DIY, and photos of work you've done
• Your own basic hand and power tools, and a reliable vehicle with a valid Wisconsin driver's license
• Comfortable on a ladder; able to lift 50 lb
• A smartphone, and willingness to use our job app
• Able to pass a background check (you'll be working in clients' homes)
• Calm, plain communication. You'd rather say "that's outside the scope, let me check" than guess. Nice to have
• Gutter, siding, or exterior maintenance experience
• Past work with a property manager, home warranty company, or a handyman franchise
• OSHA 10, ladder safety, or similar How we work
• Every job is documented: scope, quote, photos, sign-off. You'll never be asked to price a job on a doorstep.
• The office handles intake, scheduling, and client communication. You handle the work.
• Small team, direct access to the owners, and a real say in how the field side gets built.
• Fall is our busiest season for exterior work; we're staffing for it now.
