Industrial Sewing Machine Operator Suamico, WI (On-Site) | $15-$18/hr. | Contract to Hire | 1st Shift About the Role We are seeking dependable Industrial Sewing Machine Operators to join a growing production team just north of Green Bay, WI. This role is responsible for operating industrial sewing equipment to produce quality finished products in a clean and team-oriented environment. Some sewing experience is preferred as a foundation, and additional training will be provided to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines to produce finished products according to specifications Follow work instructions and production guidelines Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy Maintain consistent production pace while meeting quality standards Perform basic machine adjustments as needed Keep work area clean and organized Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines Required Qualifications Previous sewing experience (industrial or personal sewing experience preferred) Ability to operate or learn to operate industrial sewing equipment Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Preferred Qualifications Prior experience operating industrial sewing machines Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment
