Benefits Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Medical/ Dental/ Vision Voluntary Life and Disability Benefits 401(k) + company match Education Reimbursement Referral Bonus Program The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring customer fulfillment by responding to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner and preparing vacant units in preparation for new resident move-ins. The Maintenance Technician is an essential team member for Cohen-Esrey to deliver superior customer service to our residents. Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and general repairs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Assist with move-in/move-out inspections and prepare units for new residents. Qualifications 3+ years of proven Maintenance Experience Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general maintenance Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid Driver's License Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, follow-through Basic tools required, to include personal smart phone technology. Preferred Qualifications HVAC Certified Proven 2+ years of HVAC experience Compensation• $25-$30 per hour Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
