Job Description
Express is hiring for a 2nd or 3rd shift industrial maintenance technician with a well established manufacture in the Verona area. We are seeking a candidate who not only has strong maintenance experience but also possesses in-depth knowledge of manufacturing equipment operations, particularly blow molding equipment.
Main Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and facility systems. Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections. Support production teams by minimizing machine downtime. Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and process-related issues. Maintain spare parts inventory and maintenance records using CMMS software. Work with production and manufacturing teams to improve equipment performance. Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with company safety standards. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and quality.Previous Experience:
2-year technical degree or equivalent maintenance experience. Experience with industrial manufacturing equipment. Knowledge of electrical systems, motors, drives, and electromechanical equipment. Experience with plastic molding, blow molding, or injection molding equipment is a plus. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during evening and overnight operations. Basic computer skills and experience documenting maintenance activities. Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.Pay:
Starting around $30/hr+, depending on experienceHours:
2nd shift: Monday- Friday, 1:00pm
- 9:30pm 3rd shift: Sunday
- Thursday, 9:00pm
