Job Description

We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Washington.
Core Responsibilities:
Execute routine preventative maintenance tasks to ensure all machinery remains in optimal working condition. Identify and resolve technical malfunctions to help minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency. Possess a robust foundation in both mechanical and electrical systems.
Desired Qualifications:
Prior experience in a maintenance role for one to two years is highly valued. Comfortable performing tasks in outdoor settings whenever the situation demands. Fluency in Spanish is considered a significant advantage.
Role Details:
Compensation:
$25 to $30 per hour, depending on your experience.
Schedule:
First shift operations.
Availability:
Standard hours fall between 5:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with weekend overtime required for emergency repairs when the facility is inactive. Please note that this position is strictly focused on industrial and manufacturing environments rather than general facility maintenance.
Technical Proficiencies:
Mechanical troubleshooting capabilities. Expertise in electrical system diagnostics. Proficiency in performing electrical repairs. Skill in identifying and fixing pneumatic issues. Knowledge of industrial-grade electrical systems. Understanding of hydraulic components and systems. Ability to accurately diagnose and repair equipment failures. Competence in interpreting electrical schematics.
