Job Description

Keep Production Moving. Solve Problems. Work Hands-On. We are looking for a skilled and dependable Production Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on position focused on keeping our production equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably. If you enjoy troubleshooting machines, figuring out why something isn't working, making repairs, and preventing equipment problems before they happen, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do:
As an Production Maintenance Technician, you will work directly with our production equipment and manufacturing teams to minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and equipment Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) on manufacturing equipment Diagnose mechanical and electrical equipment issues Install and assist with the setup of new production equipment Respond to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns in a timely manner Identify equipment problems and make repairs to improve reliability and reduce downtime Perform routine safety inspections and ensure proper machine guarding is in place Fabricate or modify machine guarding, jigs, fixtures, and other components as needed Operate basic machine shop equipment, including lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, and drill presses Maintain and repair forklifts and other company vehicles Use precision measuring equipment and read blueprints Assist Engineering with equipment requirements, new processes, and sample development Work with outside vendors or resources when equipment needs to be upgraded, repaired, or replaced Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Perform other maintenance duties as needed
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys troubleshooting, and can work independently to solve problems.
Qualifications include:
Strong mechanical aptitude Previous experience repairing or maintaining industrial, manufacturing, or production equipment Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues Experience using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment Ability to read and understand blueprints Ability to prioritize multiple maintenance needs with minimal supervision Good verbal and written communication skills Basic computer skills Willingness to complete required safety and equipment training Ability to work overtime or adjust work hours when needed to support production Experience with machining, fabrication, industrial electrical troubleshooting, forklifts, or similar manufacturing equipment is a plus.
Physical & Work Environment:
This is an active, hands-on maintenance position in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment . The position requires standing, walking, climbing, carrying, and working in a variety of locations around production equipment. Candidates must be comfortable working from ladders, lifts, and around industrial machinery and must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. Required safety training includes Lockout/Tagout, scissor lift operation/safety, and confined space procedures. Safety glasses, hearing protection, safety-toe footwear, and other required PPE must be worn when applicable.
